  • All dairy products (A2 Cow Ghee, White Butter, and other items) are 100% natural and handcrafted using traditional methods
  • Product images on our platform are for representation purposes only - actual products may vary slightly
  • We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability
  • Payment must be completed in full before order processing
  • We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout
  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
  • We ship across India with partner logistics providers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of products to the carrier
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Quality and Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our dairy products. Products are manufactured in hygienic conditions and follow FSSAI guidelines. Storage instructions are provided with each product - follow them for best quality.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Store products as per instructions provided
  • Check products upon delivery for any issues

DairyJunction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the product value of the affected order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
